While the COVID-19 pandemic is a dynamic and evolving situation, the CREW Boston Board of Directors has been actively monitoring the situation with our sole focus on the health and well-being of our members. As a result, we have made the decision to postpone all CREW Boston events and all of our Committee meetings will be done via conference call, or Zoom at least through April 30th or until it is safe again to hold events/meetings again. We did not come to this decision lightly because there is so much excitement around the awards, but our members are our first priority and we want everyone to attend the event at a time when we can be assured of the health and safety of our colleagues and family.

CREW Boston is pleased to announce that the 2020 CREW Boston Achievement Awards will be held at the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston on the evening of Tuesday, April 28, 2020 from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.  Each year at this special event, CREW Boston is joined by over 300 people from the Greater Boston real estate community to celebrate the professional achievements and public service contributions of some of CREW Boston’s most accomplished members. 

Brand is not about the look of a logo or the words; it’s about how the brand makes us feel.  With CREW Network's monumental 30th anniversary celebrated at the 2019 Convention, the Network felt it was time for a change and unveiled a new brand and logo, to tell their story and carry us into the future. Understanding the strength of the chapter in Boston and the impact CREW Network has on the industry, at CREW Boston's November Luncheon Program, CREW Boston unveiled the adoption of CREW's new brand to create one unified brand as we are stronger together.
 
This fresh look and new visual identity represent the bold organization we are. It is modern, polish and sophisticated. It is professional and prominent. This logo will stand out as a statement to our intentional commitment to transform the commercial real estate industry.

Members interested in participating in the 2019 CREW Boston Mentor Program have the opportunity to apply to be a mentor or mentee through Friday, November 1st. Matches will be made in November/December with the kick-off lunch on January 9, 2020.

We handpicked an expert firm, Orange Grove Consulting, to design a custom program exclusively for CREW Boston. Our mission with the development of this program is to give women in real estate the tools and confidence to catapult their careers to the senior management level. Orlando is the host of the 2019 CREW Network Convention & Marketplace. Each year over 1,200 CREW Network members from the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom attend the convention and this year could be your year to join them.

The Nominating Committee is seeking candidates for the 2019 - 2020 CREW Boston Board of Directors and Delegate to the CREW Network. Nominations will be presented to our membership for confirmation at the Annual Meeting on June 13, 2019. In addition, the Board of Directors is again accepting nominations from any current or past Board Member interested in serving as the 2020 - 2021 President, which will include serving as President-Elect for 2019 - 2020.

The 2019 Scholarship Application is now available for any female student entering her junior or senior year of undergraduate school or entering or enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited college or university based in New England. The student must demonstrate an interest in pursuing a career in the commercial real estate industry through her course studies and/or internships in a commercial real estate firm.
