Congratulations to our 2021-2022 CREW Boston Leadership Academy Graduates!

CREW Boston is pleased to congratulate the graduating cohort of the Leadership Academy. Boston’s Next Real Estate Leaders are Katelyn Bastien, Jessica Blackerby, Juliet Borja, Carla Cabral, Aideen Doneski, Elyse Kelley, Jasmine Ortiz, Katie Ownes, Patricia Quint, and Jennifer Wood. We are proud of all their accomplishments and welcome them to our Leadership Academy Alumni CREW!

Through an 8-month program, participants conducted a leadership self-assessment, set goals and a leadership vision, addressed unconscious bias with reframing, and learned tools to develop new business, manage a team, promote their value, corporate finance, and strategic thinking. CREW Boston collaborates with Orange Grove Consulting for the program and had leadership and facilitation by Ank Stuyfzand to make this program a consistent success.
