Portfolio consists of 5mm SF of commercial real estate, 40 separate entities and 500 tenants across multiple JV Partnerships.

This role will be an active part of a best-in-class cross-functional team supporting strategic business plan execution, oversee a significant portfolio of life science investments market and creating the analytical frameworks regarding all aspects of asset-performance, monitoring, and forecasting. Experience within the life sciences sector is not a prerequisite, but the successful candidate will have familiarity with a similar commercial asset class.
