This critical role entails overseeing all investment banking activities within the housing sector, with an emphasis on both for-profit affordable housing and non-profit housing sectors. The Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Asset Manager will be responsible for the post-closing management activities of an equity portfolio.  This position acts largely as the relationship manager with syndicator partners in the on-boarding, development, construction and operation of LIHTC investments.
