Are you looking to expand your network, generate new business, advance your career...CREW Boston is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for the 2023-2024 Leadership Academy Program, tailored for experienced women in Real Estate who want to accelerate their career into leadership. We handpicked an expert firm, Orange Grove Consulting, to design a custom program exclusively for CREW Boston. Our mission with the development of this program is to give women in real estate the tools and confidence to catapult their careers to the senior management level. All applications must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST on Monday, June 5, 2023.

The Nominating Committee is seeking candidates for the 2023-2024 CREW Boston Board of Directors and Delegate to the CREW Network.  Nominations will be presented to our membership for confirmation at the Annual Meeting on June 8, 2023 at the Mandarin Oriental Boston. The Board of Directors is also accepting nominations from current and past Board Members interested in serving as the 2024 - 2025 President, which will include serving as President-Elect for 2023 - 2024.

If you have ever considered applying for the Board in the past, or if this is the first time, we strongly recommend that you review the information and/or speak to any current Board members. Board members would be happy to answer questions and share their experience serving on CREW Boston’s Board. If you have any questions regarding the nomination process, please do not hesitate to reach out to Kerry Hawkins, Chair of the Nominating Committee.

CREW Boston is pleased to announce that the 2023 CREW Boston Achievement Awards will be held at the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston on the evening of Tuesday, April 26, 2023 from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.  Each year at this special event, CREW Boston is joined by the Greater Boston real estate community to celebrate the professional achievements and public service contributions of some of CREW Boston’s most accomplished members.

Congratulations to CREW Boston's Barbara Oddo, one of the six members elected to the 2023 CREW Network Board of Directors. Barbara, a Director/Regional General Manager at Tishman Speyer, has been a CREW Boston member since 2010. In addition, she was also CREW Boston President from 2018-2019. Barbara will bring her unique skills, expertise, and influence to our global organization. Congratulations once again, Barbara!

Members interested in participating in the 2022 CREW Boston Mentor Program have the opportunity to apply to be a mentor or mentee through Friday, November 4th. Matches will be made in November/December with the kick-off lunch on January 2023.

CREW Boston Leadership Academy Class of 2022-2023 kicked off this morning. Ten members will take part in a 7-month program tailored specifically to women in commercial real estate that will provide them with the tools and confidence to catapult them to the next step in their careers. Congratutlations and good luck to all!

CREW Boston announced the appointment of 3 new members to the Board of Directors. This brings the number of board members to 13.

At the June meeting, Patricia Pinto was announced as President along with Maureen McCaffrey as President-Elect for 2022-2023. 

Patricia Pinto is a Senior Vice President and Principal at Sanborn, Head & Associate, Inc. in Westford, MA.  Pinto brings over 20 years of leadership experience and is dedicated to gender equity and diversity. She recognizes the strength in collaborating with others and has a keen interest in helping clients, staff, and other women achieve their goals.  Pinto is the environmental engineer behind high-profile development projects such as Assembly Row and Union Square in Somerville.
