You will advise clients on building construction design, logistics, schedule, cost impacts, constructibility issues, and schedule implications on projects across a wide range of size, scope and complexity. We act as client rep overseeing all aspects of construction on behalf of the Owner from start to finish. A very strong background in all aspects of multifamily housing and particularly LIHTC construction management is required.
