On Monday, October 7th, we hosted our 28th Annual Charity Golf Tournament to benefit the CREW Boston Educational Foundation. While the weather was less than ideal, members and guests braved the rain to try their luck on the links at Wellesley Country Club.
Over 30 CREW Boston members made the cross-continent trip to attend the 2024 CREW Network Convention in Vancouver September 25-27. They joined over 1,400+ other CRE professionals from around the globe for the event, held in the world’s first double LEED® Platinum certified Vancouver Convention Centre located on the City’s stunning waterfront.
On Tuesday, September 24th, CREW Boston’s Entrepreneur Exchange Group hosted a virtual "Lunch and Learn" with Katrina Kowalski, CPA, Partner/Owner of On Point Tax & Consulting. Katrina shared valuable insights on tax strategies specifically tailored for entrepreneurs and small businesses.
On Friday, September 20th, CREW Boston’s Housing and Community Development Committee hosted members for a virtual lunch and learn on the recent ‘Co-Creating Boston’s Future Decker” RFP that the Mayor’s Office of Housing (Housing Innovation Lab) and the Boston Society of Architects (BSA) issued earlier this year.
On Wednesday, September 18th, CREW Boston’s Design and Development Group hosted members for a hard hat tour of the 900 Morrissey Boulevard project in Dorchester. This project, which is about to begin construction, includes a conversion of the former Comfort Inn Boston into 99 units of permanent, affordable, supportive housing with a preference for seniors as they move out of homelessness and into a safe and secure home.

On Thursday, September 4th, in partnership with BU’s Center for Professional Development, members had the opportunity to hear about the positive change towards a more sustainable future and tour the Computer and Data Sciences building, Boston’s largest fossil free building employing some of the deepest geothermal wells ever drilled in MA.
On Thursday, August 22nd, Holland & Knight hosted members for a group viewing of Part 2 of CREW Network’s Webinar on “Owning your Worth: Strategies to Gain Confidence and Achieve Success as a Woman in Commercial Real Estate.”
CREW Boston’s Golf Committee hosted members for a fun night at Topgolf in Canton. Attendees engaged in some friendly competition while honing their golf skills, enjoyed some bites and drinks in the welcome sunshine, and connected with members new and old. It was a great way to wind down the summer!
On Tuesday, July 30th, members attended a golf clinic at Stone Meadow Golf in Lexington. It was a beautiful summer night to be outside, network, and work on their golf game!
