On Thursday, November 14th, CREW Boston’s Meds & Eds Group hosted members for a panelist discussion on “Current Drivers in Emergency Department Planning, Design, and Construction.”
Hosted at the Wintergarden (2 Seaport Lane), attendees listened to Jocelyn Goglia share her inspiring story of forging a career in commercial real estate through connections and perseverance. Jocelyn recounted her journey from pursuing a degree in English to discovering a career in property management and ultimately finding her true passion in project management.
On Thursday, November 7th CREW Boston’s Design & Development Group hosted members for a brown bag lunchtime presentation and roundtable discussion on tax incentives for real estate developers.

On October 17, 2024, we heard from Healthpeak Properties, Inc. regarding their proposed redevelopment to turn Cambridge’s Alewife district, an industrial pocket, into a connected, livable neighborhood. The location is the Alewife district of Cambridge, MA, which is located near the MBTA Alewife red line station, with access to Fresh Pond Mall, Alewife Brook Parkway, and the Route 2 Interstate. After two years of intensive dialogue through the Alewife Working Group, Healthpeak believes that investment in relationship-building has paid off in unexpected ways.

On Monday, October 7th, we hosted our 27th Annual Charity Golf Tournament to benefit the CREW Boston Educational Foundation. While the weather was less than ideal, members and guests braved the rain to try their luck on the links at Wellesley Country Club.
Over 30 CREW Boston members made the cross-continent trip to attend the 2024 CREW Network Convention in Vancouver September 25-27. They joined over 1,400+ other CRE professionals from around the globe for the event, held in the world’s first double LEED® Platinum certified Vancouver Convention Centre located on the City’s stunning waterfront.
