Members of CREW Boston’s Entrepreneur Exchange Group kicked off 2024 with a virtual brown bag lunch on Wednesday, January 24th. With the discussion topic of "Goal Setting" in mind, members introduced themselves and set their intentions for their individual goals for the year. Goals ranged from personal to professional, from hyper-practical to Wildly Audacious!

The panel, moderated by CREW Boston Board member Gretchen McGill, Senior Vice President, Construction at Davis, included Darcy Jameson, Vice President at Beacon Communities Development; Leah Harsfield, Principal and Director of Asset Management and Leasing at National Development; and Michael Cahill, Senior Vice President of Development at Core Investments, Inc.
Our 2024 Mentor Program Kick-Off Breakfast was held on Tuesday, January 10th, at AEW Capital Management. We had a great turnout with most of this year’s 66 Mentor Program participants in attendance.
